The ALIGN Framework is a Mind Body Food Approach to food and body healing. It is an evidence-based multi-disciplinary approach that combines Eastern and Western health practices to honour you as a whole person and more than merely physical parts.

The Framework includes a bespoke combination of practices including Nutrition Science, Intuitive Eating, Embodiment or Somatic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- Enhanced (CBT-E), self-compassion, mindfulness, yoga, meditation and energetics.

Scientific approaches

  • Specialist Registered Dietitian including Nutritional, Physical, Body Image and Intuitive Eating assessment

  • Exploration of subconscious beliefs and values systems through Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) modalities

  • Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including psychologists, psychiatrists and medical doctors  

  • Intuitive Eating Counselling – an evidence-based self-care eating framework

  • Emotional Freedom Technique to unpack limiting beliefs, trauma and conditioning and build emotional resilience
