Welcome to In Alignment Coaching! 

My name is Ariana and I am a specialist Registered Dietitian, Embodiment Coach and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner committed to moving you from quasi-recovery to full recovery from your eating disorder and disordered relationship with food and exercise.

Having helped hundreds of women worldwide recover from their disordered relationship with food over the years, I have discovered that the most effective way of healing is to consider both scientific approaches and holistic approaches to health. For this reason, I have trained in various healing modalities to be able to serve you in a humanistic way that honours your entire self – mind, body and soul.

Coaching based on the evidence-based ALIGN Framework

The ALIGN Framework is an evidence-based multi-disciplinary approach that combines Eastern and Western health practices to honour you as a whole person and more than merely physical parts. The Framework includes a bespoke combination of practices including Nutrition Science, Intuitive Eating, Embodiment or Somatic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- Enhanced (CBT-E), self-compassion, mindfulness, yoga, meditation and energetics.
